Luke Miller is a founding partner of Miller Bradley Law in Salem, Oregon. A retired United States Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator, Luke brings a unique combination of military leadership, extensive legal experience, and a lifelong commitment to serving others. His practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, juvenile law, and advocating for individuals and families involved with the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) and Child Protective Services (CPS).

Before entering the legal profession, Luke served as an officer and Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps. Following his retirement, he volunteered in medical clinics in the Dominican Republic, further strengthening his passion for helping others. These experiences ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in law. In 2017, Luke graduated from Willamette University College of Law and established Military Disability Lawyer LLC, where he represented active-duty service members and veterans while also handling criminal and civil matters. His extensive military background and legal knowledge continue to make him a sought-after resource among fellow attorneys handling complex military and veterans law cases.

Recognizing the growing demand for his services and the opportunity to help more individuals and families, Luke partnered with other experienced legal professionals to establish Miller Bradley Law in 2022.

Throughout his legal career, Luke has developed extensive experience in criminal defense, juvenile proceedings, and matters involving DHS and CPS investigations, findings, and appeals. He understands the serious consequences these cases can have on individuals and families, particularly when parental rights, family relationships, or personal freedom are at stake. Luke is dedicated to protecting his clients' rights, challenging unsupported allegations, and providing strong, strategic representation throughout every stage of the legal process.

His experience also extends to restraining orders, including elder abuse protective orders, landlord-tenant disputes, and other civil matters. His diverse legal background allows him to approach complex situations with a broad understanding of the law, particularly when multiple legal issues overlap.

Outside the courtroom, Luke is a devoted father of three who enjoys spending time with his children and remaining active in his community. He coaches youth baseball, football, and basketball and enjoys biking and surfing along the Oregon coast
